Training and Development

There is a Yearly Training Calendar charted out for the employees where they are free to pick and choose the kind of trainings they would like to undergo subject to their personal and professional development. A few on the menu are: Negotiating Skills, Decision Making, Surviving Stress Among others.

Open Environment

Yes-kiya/No-kiya - A forum to openly air views. Once every 45 days we get a chance to transform all NOs, Nopes and nahhs.. to a big YES. We express ourselves speak our mind and let our voices be heard so that together we take a positive leap into the future.

Open Door Policy - Transparency, open communication, constructive feedback brainstorming sessions, form the basis of work culture at Hero Mindmine which is made a reality under the aegis of an approachable Leadership Team.


Fun Activities

Regular parties, picnics, outings are an integral part of the activity calendar. We have formed ourselves into committees that specifically cater to fun activities. We Chill Out Big Time to bounce back with renewed Vigour and Commitment.

We also endeavor to contribute towards the society by organizing Blood Donation Camps and tying up with organizations like Goonj that works for various social causes.


Strong Emphasis on Performance Measurement

We believe in defining “The Road Ahead”. This translates into adherence to goals and targets that we set for our selves. Performance Measurement therefore plays a key role. Appraisals, 360 Degree feedback, Career Compass are some of the tools to assess employee performance. Needless to say that this gives us a realistic pictures of our accomplishments and areas of improvement.
