arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 with amendments to

in whole or in part by HMIL from its offices within the
republic of India. By accessing the site you agree that
the statutes and laws of the republic of India, without
regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all
matters relating to use of the site, and you agree that
any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts at New Delhi, India only.
